I currently serve as Director of Engineering & Manufacturing at Migali Industries.
My focus is bringing engineering and manufacturing closer together—strengthening the systems, accountability and practical decision-making required to move from product intent to consistent execution on the factory floor.
Across my career in commercial refrigeration, one lesson has remained constant: a good design is only the beginning. The real work is creating a reliable system that can produce, inspect, improve and support that product repeatedly.
