At Continental Refrigerator / AeriTek Foodservice, my responsibilities span product development, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, production support, quality, engineering changes, reliability and continuous improvement, with significant responsibility for the SW refrigerated prep-table product family.
The experience reinforced a central lesson: a good design is only the beginning. The real work is creating a reliable system that can produce, inspect, improve and support that product repeatedly.
